Dear God,
May you shine your light upon us, and help guide us to achieve sobriety for today
May you help lift the mental obsession of addiction from our minds
May you help guide us away from feelings of jealousy, anger, envy, fear, pride and resentment, and may you help us make decisions that are not self-seeking.
May you help guide us into showing gratitude and humbleness,
May you help guide us towards courage, integrity, willingness, honesty, perseverance.
May you help guide us to be more connected with our spirituality and with each other so that we may fight this battle together, one moment at a time, one day at a time.
Amen

Prayer energies our heart. Thank you, Kyle, for this prayer to remind us we need to be connected to our spirituality and to each other to face any obstacles we encounter. May all those battling addiction know there are people rooting for their success to overcome this problem. We are put on earth to help each other.,
