Healing From Life’s Wounds

Healing From Life’s Wounds

If you have been wounded in life, don’t expect people to nurse all your hurts. This is the Lord’s job. Let God nurse your hurts and strengthen your heart! You will need to be tough and have more endurance and stamina to do the work that God is calling you to do in good emotional health.

If we fail to give God everything and trust his process of healing while participating in it, which is a must, we will never heal! Not only that, but we will continue to break relationships that are building in our lives that God ordained for us.

You will keep finding yourself in a state of recycling “look what they did to me again” when the truth is they aren’t doing anything to you. Your wounds are talking and crying out for attention. Look to the Psalms beloved (Psalm 8 1-9, Psalm 54:1-7, Psalm 27:1-14)!

The writers understood that God was their source for all trouble, struggle, anxiety, fear, healing and strength! They called upon Gods name until they were answered! They waited patiently until God showed up to rescue their lives and increased the strength of their soul changing their circumstances in the promise of a new future, steeped in joy and happiness!

We sisters and brothers serve the same God who understands that many are our afflictions we have, but the Lord delivers us out of them all! Walk the journey with God for your healing and I promise you your latter days will be greater than your former!
