My name is Eileen Hurley. and I am the Urban Youth Outreach Coordinator at Spiritus Chrsiti Mental Health Center. I highly value being in a position to play a part in redressing social inequalities. My work in the Mental Health Center affords me this opportunity, for which I am grateful. Our community outreach position was developed to further extend our reach to those in the Rochester community for whom access to health care is limited by social, cultural or economic and health insurance status. Currently my work is centered among 16-18 year old males incarcerated at the Monroe County Jail. I am available to the young men and their families for counseling and psychosocial support.
